1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Kapsul4D ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, services, games, and all features made available through the Kapsul4D platform, accessible at kapsul4d.best.

Kapsul4D is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, roulette, slots, and a variety of other games to users in Malaysia. All our services are operated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and support local Malaysian payment methods.

By accessing or using any part of the Kapsul4D platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use this platform and must cease access immediately. Kapsul4D reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon publication.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the Kapsul4D platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Kapsul4D account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.

Kapsul4D reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate any user account found not to meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

3 Registration & Account Management

Registering a Kapsul4D account is free. To sign up, you will need a valid Malaysian phone number, your full name as shown on your ID, and a secure password. An OTP verification via SMS will be carried out during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Kapsul4D will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support team immediately.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Kapsul4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your IC and proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal holds.
• Update Your Information: It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and payment details.

Kapsul4D uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data and transactions. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the platform is secure and free from malware.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on Kapsul4D are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of our Malaysian members:

• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Kapsul4D does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: Daily withdrawal limits are based on your VIP tier — ranging from RM10,000 (standard) to unlimited (Diamond). Withdrawals exceeding the limit will require additional manual review.
• Rollover Requirement: Any bonus credited to your account may be subject to rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made. The specific conditions for each bonus are stated in the respective promotional terms.
• Withdrawal Verification: Kapsul4D reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawals until identity and source-of-funds verification has been completed, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

All deposits made to Kapsul4D are final. Kapsul4D is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Kapsul4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback through the VIP Rewards programme, and other periodic promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each individual promotion.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be used at any one time. Kapsul4D reserves the right to void any bonus credited unlawfully or in a manner that violates the promotional terms.
• Rollover Requirement: Most deposit bonuses are subject to rollover requirements, meaning you must wager a specified amount before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. The rollover amount and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not utilised within this period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• VIP Rewards Program: Members are eligible to join a four-tier VIP programme (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) based on points accumulated through monthly betting activity. Weekly cashback ranging from 3% to 12% is credited every Monday, calculated on the member's net losses over the preceding week.
• Kapsul4D's Rights: Kapsul4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including bonus balances.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on Kapsul4D are subject to the specific rules established for each game category. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before playing.

• Sports Betting: Odds for all matches — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, BWF badminton, and others — are set by Kapsul4D and are subject to change until a bet is locked in. Kapsul4D reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, fraud, or exceptional circumstances that affect the integrity of a match.
• Casino & Table Games: All casino games use independently audited RNG (for digital games) or real dealers (for Live Casino). Kapsul4D does not guarantee winnings in any game. Stated RTP figures are long-term averages and are not a guarantee of returns for any individual session.
• Poker: Poker on Kapsul4D is player-versus-player. Kapsul4D charges a rake as stated in the poker section of the platform. Our anti-collusion and anti-bot systems monitor all games continuously.
• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits are subject to change at Kapsul4D's discretion.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding game outcomes or bets must be submitted in writing to the Kapsul4D support team within 7 days of the incident. Kapsul4D's decision on all disputes is final.

All wins and losses recorded by the Kapsul4D system are final, unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated.

7 Member Responsibilities & Obligations

As a Kapsul4D member, you agree to comply with all platform rules and to use our services responsibly. Your obligations include:

• Ensuring that all information provided to Kapsul4D is accurate and up to date at all times.
• Keeping your account login credentials confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
• Taking full responsibility for all betting decisions made within your account.
• Not using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Not engaging in any form of collusion, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the Kapsul4D platform.
• Using the Kapsul4D platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial or business purpose without prior written consent.
• Treat other members, dealers, and support staff with respect — any offensive language, threats, or harassment may result in account termination.

Kapsul4D promotes responsible gaming. You are responsible for setting your own personal limits and ensuring that your betting activity does not affect your finances, relationships, or mental health. Gaming control tools are available in your Kapsul4D account settings to help you stay in control.

8 Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Multiple Registrations: Registering or managing more than one Kapsul4D account, whether directly or through another person, is strictly prohibited.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make a deposit into Kapsul4D.
• Money Laundering: Using the Kapsul4D platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal means.
• Game Manipulation: Using bots, automation software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion: Colluding unfairly with other players in poker or any multiplayer game to the detriment of other participants.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering an account or making a deposit solely to take advantage of promotions without genuine intent to play, or using methods that violate the terms of a promotion.
• Underage Access: Allowing or assisting anyone under the age of 21 to access or use a Kapsul4D account.

Kapsul4D employs advanced monitoring technology to detect and prevent suspicious activity. Any account suspected of violating these restrictions will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

Kapsul4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Self-exclusion request by the member for responsible gambling purposes.
• A court order or directive from the relevant authorities.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, Kapsul4D reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including the main balance, bonus balance, and any pending winnings. If the termination is at the member's own request and no breach of terms has occurred, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures once verification is complete.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting the Kapsul4D support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

Kapsul4D provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We strive to keep the platform stable and secure, but we cannot guarantee that services will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully protected against all cyber threats.

• Service Disruptions: Kapsul4D is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Betting Losses: Kapsul4D is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity. All wagering decisions are made entirely at the member's own discretion.
• Third Parties: Kapsul4D is not liable for the actions, failures, or delays of third-party service providers, including payment providers, game suppliers, and infrastructure providers.
• Claim Limit: Should Kapsul4D be found liable for any reason, our maximum liability is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit made prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Kapsul4D platform is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all wagering decisions you make.

11 Amendments to These Terms

Kapsul4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Kapsul4D platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the last amendment was made. Continued use of the Kapsul4D platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other translation of this document, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail and be binding.
